Kei TASHIRO
/ 田代 圭

Chief Executive Officer

Kei started his career in 2000 at Aux Bacchanales, a pioneer of open-air cafes in Japan. Since then, he has been consistently working in the foodservice industry, while striving to educate consumers about French popular food culture. He introduces food culture from various perspectives, leveraging his extensive know-how and network of contacts he has built up across different fields, from bakery and pastries to restaurants.

Yuki SIMABUKURO
/ 島袋 有希

Director

Having pursued knowledge and skills in a variety of restaurants from bistros to the finest starred French restaurants, Yuki has spent his whole career in the French food industry. He went to France to learn to cook French cuisine for about a year. Leveraging his experience, he prepares French bistro dishes at Eat Design Office’s Bistro Le Gourmand while assisting clients with menu development.

Ryoichi KOGA
/ 古賀 亮一

Director

Ryoichi started his career at Aux Bacchanales in 2005. Since then, he has been active as a restaurant management professional, regardless of the sector or type of business. As an expert in operations management, he proposes solutions for the diverse issues associated with restaurant management that clients may encounter.
